API in opencart 2

Hi, i have a joomla web site that contains some products and posts in it, now i want to create a real online shop using opencart but joomla will be my sites's main part and will contains some sections like blog and gallery,
there is some 3th party tools to integrate joomla and opencart but i does not want to use them, i need some ways to show last / most views / random / ... products in joomla site, also display shopping cart info in joomla site, or use joomla or opencart auth. system,

how i can do such a things??? i can create simple joomla modules and components , can i create modules for joomla to use opencart functionality?

but is there easier solution to do that in joomla site?

is it possible (if yes, so how) to call opencart's controllers (or use models) within joomla module/component? for example how i can call $this->cart->getProducts(); in joomla module?

thank you for reply, i searched many times but i could not find a simple and right way for it, there are some plugins for joomla but i don't want to use such things, free opensource api ot tutorials about perform actions on database directly or use opencart's controllers/models within joomla ,....

Why not go for one of the platforms instead of both?

Currently i have some joomla site with galleries and blogs, i have used one joomla ecommerce component but i like opencart ecommerce, but it is not a cms like joomla, so want to use joomla as main part and opencart for shop, for this i need show products or cart info in joomla side and blog and others in opencart side
