I'm having an issue on the checkout page but only on Explorer or Edge.
Basically when a logged in costumer reaches the checkout page they are unable to change the shipping method and/or payment method no matter what is selected the default options will be the ones to go trough.
I have recently installed the Journal2 theme and thought that was the problem but they assure me that this issue is not theme related.
I think it might be an issue with explorers caching system it's like the checkout page is always displayed the way you first see it, even adding other products wont change anything on that page, unless you clear the browser cache at that point the new products will show.
my website is www.cattex.com and i have no clue how to solve this and why it only happens on IE (FF and Chrome work just fine)
Looking forward to any help i can get
Thanks in advance

it seems like i don't have permission to delete the files contained in the cache.
this also happens for a person trying to do a guest checkout so even if you're not logged in.
See the error

i have also noticed something from your attachment, that even if you have the English language selected some phrases are still in italian. I double checked on Firefox where this does not happen.
Edge is not a good browser ... so don´t worry about it

sooner or later all my clients that use explorer will eventually use firefox or chrome at least for my website, but what about future costumers not being able to complete the checkout seems like a very bad first experience don't you think?
Can i tell Explorer not to cache the checkout page?
Ask for the guys you bought the theme to test, because with the default theme works !
Send the error to them .
The theme must work in all browsers

Thanks for the help
I just wanted to share that my experience with your checkout was normal on Firefox .
I managed to change shipping / payment info many times without problem.
I noticed that when switched to Returning Customer -- the whole section on the right freezes. It looks like its intentional but still is not very nice in my opinion.

As i wrote before the issue is just on IE or Edge.
All the other browsers work fine.
When you select the returning customer option the right side of the screen freezes but a log in area appears, once you log in the screen will be back to normal.
it is intentional as i don't see the purpose of modifying anything on the right side of the screen before actually logging in.
plus the website is divided in customer groups so there are different prices once logged in.
