Hello,

I have complatly delete an extention and made sure that all files associated with the extension are deleted even from the FTP and the modification page, but still I can't remove it from the modules page in my store. Does anyone have any suggestions where do i look so I can remove it from the modules page? ( See picture attached )

Have you been through the model, view and controller folders in the root and admin folder and emptied/refreshed all caches?

ditto above - what he means is that you need to remove the files themselves - OC3 ocmod does this OC2 ocmod doesn’t, so it will still appear

Yes, That is the problem. You should unpack your extension somewhere and compare all files you have on your server. And you must delete all files from the server which you find in the unpacked extension. Then if it is the OCMOD, you should check DB oc_modification table, find your extension and delete it. If it is vqmod, check vqmod/xml folder, find your extension and delete that file. After that, refresh modification. I hope it should help...
