Most of our customers are getting "Warning: No Shipping options are available. Please contact us for assistance!!" when checking out. We are running version 2.1.0.2. This started about 1 week ago and everything was working before that time. I've believe the error is coming from the /catalog/controller/checkout/shipping_method.php, line 48, but haven't figured out why. There is nothing in the error logs. The only shipping method active is UPS.

Perhaps post a screenshot of your shipping options?

I'm having the same problem. There was an order on Mar 20, but yesterday, Mar 22, a customer reported the "No shipping options" message. Our only shipping service is also UPS. I put UPS into Debug mode so that communication would be reported in the log, but nothing was recorded when I attempted an order. When I put UPS in Test mode, it worked fine and a sample order got the usual shipping options and prices, continuing all the way through Checkout. Opencart version is 2.3.0.2. Could there be a communication problem with UPS?

Thank you! Changing the URL seems to have done the trick, and it explains why changing to Test mode made it start working -- it uses a different URL.
