Good morning, I have detected that some orders change status on their own, without anyone doing it from admin.

When we receive the order it becomes completed, then we move it to "in process" and then to "shipped". We have detected that some return to "complete" afterwards and it causes us a significant problem because we think we have not sent.

Through the web log I have been able to verify that the client revisits the bank's "OK URL" (several days later !!!) and the order is completed again.
