Error fopen(), fwrite() after server move

Hello support
I migrated my open cart website from one server to another. I configured the database as well but im getting an error on the website. Kindly assist me.
below is the error :

Your config.php files are probably not updated correctly.

OC version. Ensure your cache folder is created at the specified location and that the CHMOD permissions are recursively set to 0755 on folders only.
