Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_DOUBLE_ARROW

Hello OC!

I'm using Opencart 2.0.3.1 at www.Deccan-Dental.com. Recently I got some errors and finally manaed to fix them. But from now the taxes and HSN codes are not showing in the Cart page (and visible on checkout page)>
For that I contacted the extension developer and he told use the backup (xml) file which he had given to us and I uploaded it into vqmod / xml, from there it is showing the following error


Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_DOUBLE_ARROW in /home/deccan8/public_html/vqmod/vqcache/vq2-system_modification_catalog_model_catalog_product.php on line 31

I tried a lot to fix this but failed. Can any one help me please?

Not a bug. This error is caused by an installed extension. Re-contact the extension developer to fix this issue. You can also disable this XML file to see if this error message will persists afterwards.
