Loking for a order total popup notification at checkout

On the checkout page I need a pop-up saying that "YOU ONLY NEED TO ADD X $ TO GET A 10% DISCOUNT". I searched the opencart market and did not find something. The opencart version is 3.0.3.2

Rule-Based Banners can do this. It lets you do calculations based on total, and use that within the message that you enter. For example, you would enter this for that specific message:

YOU ONLY NEED TO ADD ${100 - [total]} TO GET A 10% DISCOUNT

Note that that would NOT give the discount itself, for that you'd need a separate extension, like Formula-Based Fee/Discount or something similar. But the message itself can be displayed and added to any page as a normal Module.

This can be easily achieved with a simple modification, which will check the cart total and display the popup. It's a quite simple task.
