if the theme/template does not come with a function to chance things, use your web developer tools to see which css tag in which css file is responsible for those colors. Then change it there.

I did it, I cleaned cache and nothing, I have killed myself looking for the file and I still can't find anything.

if you changed an external css file, you do not need to clean the theme cache but you do need to clean your browser cache unless you dynamically change the static files with modified timestamps.

You were right, I had to delete the browser cache, not opencart.
