Use OpenCart as a Catalog Only

Hey!

I want to use Open Cart (Version 3.0.3.6) as a wholesaler catalog only with no prices, add to cart, ect. Will still be using categories, products and descriptions - but not able to purchase.

This possible? If not, would anyone know of a Theme that offers such features?
