I've been on the Yahoo store system for well over 10 years, so I'm trying to understand how things are going to change as I'm moving to OC. Currently on Yahoo I have it set up so that when an order it placed, the credit card is only authorized for the order amount. I have the Yahoo system talk via API to another system I wrote where we verify everything looks good on the order and card, and then click a button on that system which sends a signal back to Yahoo to actually charge the card. Can this type of thing be done with OC? Or what is the usual process?

If you use Authorize.Net then in Opencart you have 2 modules .

Upgrade Service | OC 2.3.0.2 PHP 8 | My Custom OC 3.0.3.8 | Buy me a beer

Yeah, I see that. Seems the one everyone uses is AIM and the other one is the old one? Can I process refunds from OC or do I need to do that from Authorize.net?
