[SOLVED]Server 500->Fatal error: Cannot declare class Composer

Hi Guys, am using OC Version 3.0.2.0. While making ready my website for business i did some changes to home.twig using theme editor after which i got the error "Fatal error: Cannot declare class Composer, because the name is already in use in /home/vhosts/greenearthXXX/greenearthXXX/system/library/template/Twig/Autoloader.php on line 21"

I tried few workarounds such as reverting back the changes, clearing cache, restore but am still getting same error.

Any new ideas will be appreciated.

Just delete It?!
Will it work after that ? Or i have to do anything else after that?

Actually set up was not done by me so i dont know the theme specifics .

it is the theme record (data enter into your table because of your modification/tweak).
Simply click on delete icon and remove that entry from DB. Then refresh your modification, cache theme etc.
