I use open cart 3.0.3.6 and I have installed fastor theme.

I am trying to install the SSL certification on my host via FileZilla. The company which sold me the key asked me to add the key under this address.
http://site name.gr/.well-known/pki-validation/ validation numbers.txt
I created a folder named “ .well-known “ and a sub folder named “ pki-validation “ under root file, as key-company advised me.
I added the key on the folder. When I see the URL from FileZilla results incorrectly as below.
sftp://root@site name.gr/var/www/.well-known/pki-validation/validation numbers.txt
As you see results “sftp” instead of” http”
What I need to do for having this result? ..... > http://site name.gr/.well-known/pki-validation/ validation numbers.txt
Thanks in advance

You'd need to contact your host to resolve this issue.

The most generated errors being found on Opencart forum originates from contributed programming. The increased post counters are caused by redundancies of the same solutions that were already provided prior.

Dear straightlight,
Thnx for your responce.Honestly my first move was to contact the key-company and the host-company, but both they told me that could not have access on my files to help me. I was desperate and I tried to fix the problem myself. I searched / study articles, forums etc. I focus to file config.php but unfortunately after extremely long time I did not fix it , even I created A BIGGER PROBLEM. Now the site is with fatal error !!! I think that config.php does not find the corresponding addresses. I did not move anything from config.php, I just changed the http to https and below is the result.
define('HTTP_SERVER', 'http://www.my site/admin/');
define('HTTP_CATALOG', 'http://www.my site/');

// HTTPS
define('HTTPS_SERVER', 'http://www.my site/admin/');
define('HTTPS_CATALOG', 'https://www.my site/');

Just to add that I am a newbie on OC. I know that is complicated problem, I would appreciate any advice.

You should contact your web host, installing an SSL cert is. more involved then just domain control validation. Especially if you don't have a control panel such as cPanel, etc.

Check your server error logs .

As previous mentioned, the web-host does not have access on my files and is un-able to help.
I need to solve the problem by myself or with the help of an indepedent developer.........

Just a question. I did back-up on my host for some days ago. If I run the back up, this will fix my issue with fatal-error and my site will be up again ?
Attached the screenshot of my server error logs.
