Customer can't select country

About once a month a customer calls me with the next issue.
They can't select a country.

Is this a well known problem in OC 3.0.3.3?
My technical man can't find a solution.
It's not dependable of the used browser.

Opencart does not restrict country selection out-of-the-box. It may probably be caused by an installed extension or might be specifically related to a custom theme you're using. However, ensure to use the Developers Kit (F12) and test your country list noticing error messages on the browser. Also revert back to the default theme and see if the issue still occurs.

This is not an OpenCart issue. Rather, you are using a 3rd party quickcheckout extension, and you configured your OpenCart to only using 2 countries (Belgium and Netherlands). Please contact the author of quickcheckout.

Thanks will contact them.
I use the default theme, that can't be the issue.
Indeed i only use 2 countries (NL + BE)
