The following occurs very occasionally.
A customer places an order.
But if he wants to pay, he immediately gets the page that his order has been placed.
Can anyone help me where this error arises?

OC 3.0.3.3
Custom Shipping Methods (for Opencart 3) (https://www.opencart.com/index.php?rout ... n_id=34192)

The error log tells:
2021-04-23 9:59:31 - Error retrieving payment method 'paypal' from Mollie: cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 10001 milliseconds
2021-04-22 21:18:23 - Error retrieving payment method 'ideal' from Mollie: cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 10000 milliseconds

the following error occurs
CURLE_OPERATION_TIMEDOUT (28)

Operation timeout. The specified time-out period was reached according to the conditions.

The error messages are clear and seem to point to a network issue, so you should get in touch with your webhost on this.

Export/Import Tool * SpamBot Buster * Unused Images Manager * Instant Option Price Calculator * Number Option * Google Tag Manager * Survey Plus * OpenTwig

Checked the whole process, no problems.
Checked payment provider.
Checked the error log, no info about it
It works fine with me on all devices, but get a lot of calls about it.

What payment extension are you using and have you contacted the developer?

Yes, I did.
They told me it's a back-end setting.
However, nothing is changed there.

A customer told me she couldn't pay.
But after making an account she could.

In my settings, an account isn't needed to pay.
My developer is looking at it at the moment.
