Recently upgrade to latest version of Opencart Version 3.0.3.7
I can add and edit details on product page, when I hit the save button the information is saved but I receive the below error.
This page isn’t working is currently unable to handle this request.
HTTP ERROR 500
Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

Useless and inadequate answer.
Whenever you get an error like this (500), there will be a log entry - just inspect the server log via the server administration interface.
This log file is not the same as the internal of OpenCart (which of course will not add an entry if an 500 error is produced).

See error log below, note that it only produces an error on the product page.

MOST servers are set up to have a file that just might be named "error_log". FTP to your site and look for something that has been written to around the time when you pressed the save button.
If you can't locate it you might want to talk to your webhost and ask them where that file is located.
