Hi All
I have just migrated the site from one hosting to a VPS and getting the errors
Warning: require_once(): open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/home/httpd/vhosts/******/httpdocs/system/startup.php) is not within the allowed path(s): (/var/www/vhosts/custom-wrist-bands.com/:/tmp/) in /var/www/vhosts/******/httpdocs/index.php on line 20
Warning: require_once(/home/httpd/vhosts/*****/httpdocs/system/startup.php): failed to open stream: Operation not permitted in /var/www/vhosts/*******/httpdocs/index.php on line 20
Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required '/home/httpd/vhosts/*******/httpdocs/system/startup.php' (include_path='.:/opt/plesk/php/7.4/share/pear') in /var/www/vhosts/*****/httpdocs/index.php on line 20
Any ideas on how I fix this
Thanks

The server is not configured properly as already stated. If it's a managed VPS, contact your hosting provider and give them this error. If it is an unmanaged VPS, whoever is your server admin will need to help you correct this.philzilla86 wrote: ↑Tue Oct 26, 2021 12:41 amHi All

If you are using Shared hosting or Cpanel, You have to follow below details:
- Set memory_limit to 128M. memory_limit describes the maximum amount of memory a script can allocate. It is recommended to set this to the maximum available value. Letter M stands for megabytes.
- Set upload_max_filesize to 64M. upload_max_filesize describes a maximum size of an uploaded file. It must be larger than the theme file mentioned in the example.
- Set post_max_size to 64M. post_max_size has a similar functionality to upload_max_filesize. Make it larger than 19 MB (theme file) as well.
But if you are using Cloudways hosting, Navigate to Setting and Package and click To edit the upload size limit, log in to your Cloudways account navigate to Server under the Server Settings & Packages edit the Upload Size field as shown in the screenshot. Don’t forget to click on Save Changes at the bottom of the screen.
