Hi,
Hope you can help. Last week, we noticed our OC website was showing 'NOT SECURE!' in the url bar in the browser and were advised to make it secure by changing a couple of things from HTTP to HTTPs etc. However its more than a coincidence that since then, the website is no longer generating order numbers and subsequently not pushing us any orders via email. The only way we know a customer has placed an order is via the Worldpay email notification for their payment, we know the amount paid, billing info etc but we have no details of what they ordered and are having to contact them to ask what they ordered.
Hope you can help. :hammer:

It's helpful to post your exact OpenCart version and the exact payment module you are using. There are different Wordplay payment modules.

Assuming version 1.5.x and the supplied Worldpay module. You should find the order by selecting Missing Orders in the status filter on the orders page.

Have you updated the callback URL in you Worldpay account to use https?

I had a client with exactly the same problem. For them it was indeed the callback address. On your Worldpay client panel change the return URL call to https://

To see what the customer has ordered. As ADD Creative mentioned, go to "Sales/Orders" then use the dropdown filter to search for "Missing Orders". You should see it there. If you change the order status to "Complete" it should show up in your main admin panel. :)
