how to an user transfer credit to another user?

I'm very glad to get the credit system in oc 1.5x....
can anyone help me to find out the way of transferring credit from one user to another user! i mean a user can transfer his/her credit to another user's account from user account....

If you are not levying a service charge for the issuance of a gift voucher you can have the customer with a credit use that credit purchase a gift voucher and give it to the other customer.

Let's say that Customer A wants to transfer 15 Euro to Customer B.
Customer A purchases a Gift Voucher worth 15 Euro from your store.
Customer A gives that Gift Voucher to Customer B.
Customer B spends the Gift Voucher in your store.
It's not pretty, but it should accomplish what you desire.
