Hi,

I am testing opencart 1.5.2, but I have an issue with the reward points.

When I add 10 reward points to a customer and he pays his order with 5 reward points. I see that he gets € 5,- discount on his order. This is correct.

But, when I open this customer in the admin, I see that he still has 10 reward points and not 5. How is this possible? Do I need to change his reward points manually??

Hope that there is a solution for this!

I'm pretty sure once an order is marked complete the reward points are deducted. (also if your using reward points you might be interested in my extension .. see my signature).

Hi,

My default language is dutch. Could this be a problem with the orderstatus?
The reward points are not deducted when the orderstatus is shipped.

order status needs to be complete, not shipped

strange, I tried all order status, but nothing happens.

When I go to reports => customers => reward points. I still see 10 reward points and not 5.

Could it be possible that another extensions overwrite this?

This should actually happen when your customer confirms their order. The order status doesn't need to be anything specific at all

I have a clean install of 1.5.2.1 and it works as expected. What version are you currently using?

I also tried it on a clean install and there it works fine!

I think that here is an issue with another extension. I will check this first.
