Easy question, does google bot access product reviews on product pages? I wonder if this will help SEO and make site more "alive" in google's eyes.

I will be releasing a commercial modification shortly which helps with this. It will make your google result prettier/flashier , but to my knowledge/experience it will have zero effect on SEO position.

Ha, don't we all wish?? There is no use of Mircro Data as of yet in Open Cart so Rewiew Snippets more than likely will go unlooked. Unless, you make the review page a seperated page with it's own Meta Data "which is what I did"

These reviews alternate one a month, on it's own page: http://www.purxhealth.com/index.php?rou ... stimonials
Here is a great article on reviews data and how to get them to show up on Google Listing http://support.google.com/webmasters/bi ... wer=146645

Keep in mind that is still not truly setting up review snippets in a listing but it will at least get the REVIEWS PAGE crawled and cached.

It might help a bit since reviews usually contain main keywords for the product and it also generates regular activity, google likes activity. I'm less bothered about displaying scores in SERP as long as bot will index those reviews.
