Only get this error when I go through the checkout option... it asks for name address etc. If I just do paypal checkout while in the shopping cart no error.

Honestly, you error description is so vague, nobody will be able to help you until you can provide some further details, such as OC version, extensions used, URL etc.

hi, hello
this all is happening due to captcha activation for checkout page.
Admin>>Settings>>Setting>>Options>> in the last remove catpcha for guest checkout and also try to remove others as well.
There is nothing any problem only captcha is not compatible for checkout page.
