V 3.0.3.7 Editing customer address, some custom fields don’t appear.

Hi,

V 3.0.3.7
PHP V 7.4.10
No extensions added
Default theme

I add 2 custom fields to customer address, both are radio type.

Trying to edit customer address form admin panel, one custom field don’t appear.
Then if you try to save get the following error: “Warning: Please check the form carefully for errors!”

But in the admin panel adding a new address to a customer, both custom fields are shown. Can save without error.
