When a buyer is using points to cover the entire purchase the order is never received, on the buyer end checkout is successful but does not show up in buyers order history and is not available from the admin side.
If the buyer uses points to cover part of the payment and the rest through paypal then everything works fine.
What is the status of the order? There is no status as the order doesn't show up anywhere, checkout is successful on the buyer end but order is nowhere to be found. It does not subtract stock but the next order ID will have skipped 2 numbers.
As long as there is nothing to pay order doesn't show up, if the points cover only a portion and the buyer pays with paypal its all good.
