How to make product review opened without click tap and keep on write review button on

Is any body can help this?
for v3.2.0.2
I hide product description, specification and show only review now.
But still have to click tap to see review page.
Is there a way review contents on without click tap on products page?
Also always on "write review button" ON for customer just write at the product page?

You mean you want to display Reviews tab by default? In this case you need to do some editing of template and JS code to make things work properly.
