Hi

I need some help, i downloaded this plugin and i battle to set it up. I try to contact the support through the e-mail they provide( support@opencart.com) but no reply. Where the problem comes in, is setting up the smart button, is there some one that can help setting it up or give a document how i can do it my self.

What it does is everything is link up but when i go to my website and to check out the button is not there, there is a option for PayPal but if you click on checkout nothing happens.

Please can some help to set it up. Because i get no support.

Which payment module you are trying to use? Payment Standard or PayPal pro or PayPal express? You have to provide more information if you want to get help.

Is the PayPal payment extension downloaded from the Marketplace or are you referring from a PayPal extension listed from the core out-of-the-box? More information is needed.

It is the PayPal Commerce platform plugin,that is a plugin in the marketplace for download it is the first one you get

As far as the general support incident request topic posted on the forum is concerned, since you're reporting an issue about an extension downloaded from the Marketplace or from a third-party website, this topic is still considered solved since it is not supported by the OC forum. As an alternative, if the extension developer does not respond, you could either ask for a refund for paid extensions or you could create a new service request in the Commercial Support section of the forum to get this done as a custom job or contact me to solved this issue as an emergency.
