I would like to change shipping cost, and add payment options. There is only one option at the moment, and that is to "pay after they receive the package", I would like to add web payment options like paypal/credit cards and pro-forma invoice.
Have you enable the other options from Extensions>Extensions>payments

I have the same problem i only have cash on delivery enabled but when i try to checkout it says " Warning: No Payment options are available. Please contact us for assistance!"

Enable others too. If none show when you enable a few look for errors in your log.

I have enabled 4 payment options in payment extensions
1.Cash on delivery
2.Bank transfer
3. Free checkout
4. Cheque / Money Order
none of them show up when i try to checkout from my store

Ok i kinda fixed it but i still have a recurring problem now i get a "shipping method is required" but the check box is checked but it still gets me the same error to fix it i need to clear my cache everytime i go checkout any fix for this?
