How to migrate the magento grouped product to Opencart?

you buy an OC grouped product extension and then ask the developers to migrate it for you.
Out of the box, OC does not support that.

What's "grouped product"? I did a Magento-OpenCart migration once and it's a quite messy thing.

Judging from the description of the task, you only need product options, which come with OpenCart by default.

You can use bundles then. Basically, this is the same as grouping products.
