Error establishing a database connection (admin work fine)

I faced suddenly this error (Error establishing a database connection)

without any changes in my database or in store

hope-pharma.com

admin panel works fine but the store not work

1. It does not seem a standard OC error.
2. Check the config.php file if the DB information is correct. You can compare with admin/config.php as it is working fine

i checked the DB data in the config.php file and it's the same with admin/config.php data

should i delete config.php and write it again?

You have overwritten the index.php with another file. Revert the index.php file from the backup or OC v3.0.2.0 source
