I'm trying to find where in the stylesheet.css I increase old price and discounted prices.
Any pointers please?

It would most likely be easier, to change/add the Font Size in the Theme product.twig file,
because, by example, <h2> is a 'globally' valid value, and if it's changed, it will be different
in size, wherever it exists. Instead of using <h whatever>, you could add fixed values, like:
<span style="color: #000000; font-size: 14px; font-weight: bold;"> {{ price }} </span>
