Your screenshot about image attritbutes has nothing to do with SEO issue. Without further details on how to exactly reproduce your issues none will be able to help you. SEO URLs work just fine on a standard OpenCart 3.0.3.6
Export/Import Tool * SpamBot Buster * Unused Images Manager * Instant Option Price Calculator * Number Option * Google Tag Manager * Survey Plus * OpenTwig
That makes no sense?

Thanks for the clarification, that the issue is not due to seo url. I am writing the keywords for an article.
For instance there is a sweater, article name Betty.
In Greek: Betty-blouza-gynaika-mavro.
In English: Betty
I add these descriptions, but seo url does not work.
I notice that on admin file, there are twoaccess a) .htaccess and b)1htaccess. Is it normal? Screenshot attached.
Can be a problem due to my theme? I bought from themeforest. I give you my .htaccess syntax. Any idea what I am doing wrong with seo url?

Your problem description doesn't make sense:
.htaccess, config.php and index.php are NOT supposed to be folders, but should be individual files. And a standard OpenCart does not have a info.php.
I suggest you do a complete proper re-install of your OpenCart.
And you completely messed up your folder structure on your remote server:the issue is not due to seo url
....
but seo url does not work

According to your opinion, is possible to re-install without losing files ( products, categories etc) and my added extra settings on fastortheme?
The problems on files are due to fastortheme (because I faced many problems and I did not have a satisfied support from their team. All the time they are out of work....) or due to mistake of my developer who set up the fastortheme to open cart?
