Not found Autoloader.php

I've follow the instructions and get this error with every theme I try to install.

I also downloaded the upgrade 2 days ago when I installed OPC on my home workstation. Home and Production are are very close to identical and I've not had any issues in the past doing the work on the home server and transferring but that's not why I'm here. I've looked and don't find the Autoloader.php file. I'm wondering if I missed an Extension Add-On so I'll go n look now that I thought of it. Thanks

If was upgrade...then move all content from 3.0.3.6 storage in old storage location. (storage location from config.php)

So the question is; why doesn't that file exist?
