I am getting genuine orders that have a cancelled status when the order goes through.
Customers are worried that they have paid but the order has been cancelled.

"You have received an order.
Order ID: 15
Date Added: 15/02/2021
Order Status: Canceled"

How can I fix this to show processing?

Well its probably your order statuses or payment method order statuses
What payment methods are you using
