Well you already had this and you said the hosting company solved it.
So obviously they didn't solve it.
The error as you know is a server error
What did they do to solve it initially
The tmp directory is full by the look of it.
Increase the size of temp directory or clear it out.

OC version. However, contact your host to resolve this issue specifically.

Now I am importing products using XML feed URL and now I have One million products. When I face the same problem, I had around 500,000 products.
I am using VPS 8 Core CPU with 32 GB Memory
MariaDB 10.3
I don't know how to check DB log. Can I check it from web host manager ?

check space
df -h
DB log should either be in data directory or somewhere like
/var/log/mariadb/mariadb.log

You should get a managed server as you clearly don't know enough about Linux Sysadmin for this.
