Version 3.0.3.6
https://store.jeunive.com

So, yesterday I worked on the store, this morning I fired up my computer and accessed the store, and none of the twig files (and therefore custom css files) are being pulled. I emptied all the cache files and clicked all the refresh buttons in the admin system as well as cleared the online vqcache, with no luck. I also tried to re-upload the edited twig header with no success (always upload them trough the Theme Editor). I checked the db and the edits are there, and the products still show on the website. Any ideas what is going on?

Thank you,

Urs

If you are using the theme editor, changes you make to the actual twig file (e.g uploading and editing via FTP) won't be reflected . You would have to remove those changes from the theme editor.

Yes, I understand that. The original twig files are not touched, but the database is updated with the edited one. However, all of a sudden, it takes the original ones, and not the data from the database.

Using the default theme? Muti-store setup? PHP version?

Check the OC error logs and server error logs.

Sorry I did not mention these earlier:
Default Theme
Single Store
PHP 7.3
No OC errors
No error.log

Thank you.

You turned off theme cache ?
In theme editor you have history of edited files.

I did not, but it never was a problem. I turned it off now, cleared all cache files again, and still the problem persists.

Never use the Theme Editor.

Is your storage folder located inside or outside of the public_html / htdocs / www folder?
