All page anchors (#links) redirecting to main page, how do I fix it?

Hi,
On my Opencart installation, all page anchors are redirecting to main page, they're from the default theme, like the tabs in product page (#tab-review, for an example).
That's not default browser behaviour, I've inspected the HTML element for the link and there's no event associated on it... What could be causing this weird link behaviour?
