How to set Geozone for specific categories

Apologies if this post should be in another area.
I live in South Africa and due to the extortionate cost of shipping most of my products are restricted to South Africa only. I now want to add digital products that require no shipping and can, therefor, be sold internationally. Is there some way that I can set an international geozone for a specific category or product?

There should be a "requires shipping" option on each product.

For digital products set the Requires Shipping to No.
