Hello everyone,

I was wondering if someone can help me with this one.

We have the 'Display Prices With Tax' setting set to 'Yes' on the web site but we would like line items on the invoice to customers to show prices excluding VAT. Is this possible? How can I do it please?

Many thanks

Do you want to exclude taxes from the email notification or the account order history?

If you can't find an extension, you could pay a developer such as ourselves or post a job in the Commercial Support Forum.

Hi guys,

Thank you for getting back to me. It's the price shown in e-mails (see attached) which is the price including VAT currently. We would like it to show the price ex. VAT.

Is this possible?

Kind regards

Yes, it is possible. You have to change the total in the order controler:

/catalog/controller/mail/order.php

Or, either create an order total extension or have someone to create one for you as a custom job in the Commercial Support section of the forum if none can be found on the Marketplace.

The most generated errors being found on Opencart forum originates from contributed programming. The increased post counters are caused by redundancies of the same solutions that were already provided prior.

I couldn't find that file in the installation, did you mean catalog/controller/account/order.php ?

Do you know what changes I need to make? It wasn't obvious to me, sorry!

Thank you for your help so far.

Then you are not using OpenCart 3.x!
Rather somewhat OpenCart 2.x
