We are a UK Bee Keeping Association. We use Opencart to supply products to our members.
When a member submits an order I get an email telling me that an order has been placed, the order No and what items were ordered, but NOT the members name or Mobile No. Is it possible to alter this or could it send me a copy of the invoice instead?

Having particular info about customer and copying new order notification are two different things.

OC version. A copy of the invoice may depend on the order statuses you've set the settings with your store and the payment extension module you're using. However, regarding the member's name, you could always use such extensions like: https://www.opencart.com/index.php?rout ... on_id=8048 and add their codes for the email as a CC email with attachment for the admin.
