I am traying to edit some files
for example product/search.twig
the problem I can edit it only from opencart admin using design/theme
I can not see the file in storage folder
also if I change it from theme template/product nothing happen
where I can find that file ?

This file wouldn't be located in the storage folder. Take a look under the catalog folder and then depending on what you're trying to change, you should be able to find it in the controller, language, model or view sub folder.
Make a backup of any file before you edit so you can go back to where you started if anything gets goofed up. Also, make sure you clear the Opencart cache files (on dashboard and under modifications) to see your changes.
