TCPDF Not working - opencart 3.0.2.0

I installed this extension : https://www.opencart.com/index.php?rout ... load_id=55

to be able to extract pdf version of the catalog with images, but it require TCPDF to be installed, i extracted the files (http://opencart.nebado.com/assets/pdfbuilder/TCPDF.zip ) in root directory but even after refreshing modification still not working. is it the right way to install TCPDF ? and is there another ways of exporting the catalog with the images ?

Contact the extension developer to resolve this issue.

I already did and waiting for a reply , but i wanted to ask here for help on TCPDF

Not an issue the forum can assist you with without custom support unless the extension developer does respond.

Ok perhaps. But the meaning is clear I think - if the extension developer doesn't respond then you could get commercial support.

Nevertheless, my last reply did not addressed the suggestion you proposed to the user, it addressed the wrong quote.

You could always create a new service request in the Commercial Support section of the forum or contact me directly via the forum PM to investigate this issue as a custom job.
