I got below error after migrate opencart hosting to another web hosting.

This opencart is customise and i cant access the mail setting at all. Is there anyone can give me advise?

What do you mean by "can't access the mail setting at all"? Can't login, can't access settings, etc.?

It would also be helpful to post your OpenCart version, PHP version, theme and extensions.

Error tells you everything: password is wrong. Check your settings.

You might need to change it directly in the database then but perhaps you should pay a developer such as ourselves or post a job in the Commercial Support Forum.

OC version. Your admin > systems > settings > edit settings > mail tab is improperly configured. Ensure to follow your host's email server specifications properly prior to use the email features in OC.
