Hey everyone, how's it going?

Today I changed the stock quantities and after a couple of hours it changed itself to higher numbers. This happens almost every week. There's no error related log at the php error logs, this is one of the last entries that, apparently, has nothing to do with the stock but just the email or smth:

My sister (she's the one using the website) told me this happens every thursday exactly at noon (Buenos Aires time). Weird and scary.

I've found this post but I don't think it's the same issue. In any case, I already tried the solution someone explained there, I'll see if that works.

This is not an issue with a standard OpenCart 3.0.x.x release, more likely it is caused by an extension.

What is your exact OpenCart version? And what are your extensions? Web theme? Website URL?

Sounds like you need a developer to look in to this such as ourselves or post a job in the Commercial Support Forum.

Your OC admin > systems > settings > edit settings > mail tab is improperly configured. Just use your host console's mail settings to properly configure this form.

Could be an issue with your order statuses. If the order status changes from one that is considered processing or complete to something else, then items can be restocked.

Your mail issue could be a timeout issue or your mail provider rejecting your outgoing emails as spam.
