I started a new shop 2 months ago and of course I don't have the budget to buy a lot of products to have stock. Only limited quantities.
So the biggest problem for me is that the default delivery option is "Cash On Delivery". I can't see how this can work for me! If I wait for everyone to pay when the product comes then:
A) I won't have my money to be able to buy more products unless 1-2 weeks pass and I get the money from the delivery.
B) Some clients do not pay and the products come back. Extra loss for me.
So what Opencart should have by default is one extra option telling Pre-pay via Bank transfer.
Yes. Pre-pay via bank transfer. Because almost all of our clients come from the same country and the charges for any amount transfered betweek banks is from 0 to 1,5€. Why doesn't Opencart have such an option by default, together with "Cash on delivery" ?
Anyway, how can I remove the "Cash on delivery" option and add that "Pre-pay via bank transfer" option? I want a message like the following:
"Your order has been received and a representative will contact you shortly to proceed with the purchase".
Or something like this. I am sure that Opencart should already have an option like this with an automated message so that I don't have to pay another extension, only to get an error, like all the extensions I bought so far...right?

I was about to, but I tested it, so one final question.
At the end of the Bank transfer message there is one message saying:
"Your order will not ship until we receive payment."
How can I remove this message? It looks kinda like pushing the buyer to pay.

The file to change/edit the text is catalog/language/en-gb/extension/payment/bank_transfer.php
What else?
Paying per bank is a requirment to send the bought goods.
Money has to be on sellers account before handing out something - a clear and common accepted process.
Therefore this simply reminding the customer to that fact.
Or what do you expect?
Do you send your articles prior receiving the money?

But with OpenCart everyone is encouraged to change the text easily via the already integrated text editor to fit his needs.
So why is he asking here?
