Shopping cart problems.
I've put couple of items in shopping cart. When I try to view shopping cart, it shows empty. Browser Safari...
Tried in Firefox - generally the same problem. Only it shows sometimes empty, sometimes 1 item or 2 items... every time different
The same issue with Chrome
Somebody can help with this?

Did you followed both posts from the quote of the link addressed above? Also, do you use any SEOs URLs on your store? If the case, did you enabled your .htaccess file as well as your OC admin > systems > settings > edit settings > server tab > SEO URLs ?
If the .htaccess file's already enabled, please provide your .htaccess, config.php and admin/config.php files (without database password). Also provide your Developers Kit > Console logs (F12 function from your keyboard) from the cart page and provide your Developers Kit > Network logs when hitting the add-to-cart button noticing real-time error messages.
In addition, especially if using a shared server, also ensure your system/storage folder is located outside of your public_html and to follow this post: viewtopic.php?f=202&t=226039#p831144 regarding CHMOD.

I'm not specialist in this - in attachment you can find requested files.
All previously actions was undo. No idea about this "Developers Kit > Console logs"...
Also there is screenshot of system/storage folder location
If none of the suggestions above make sense you could pay a developer such as ourselves or post a job in the Commercial Support Forum.

You still need to follow the instructions above regarding the system/storage folder. It is still in the wrong location. Since you're also using SEO URLs, are you using any extensions with it?

Looking at the config posted your storage is already in the correct place.
And how can I know which suggestion is correct?straightlight wrote: ↑Fri Oct 29, 2021 7:52 pmYou still need to follow the instructions above regarding the system/storage folder. It is still in the wrong location. Since you're also using SEO URLs, are you using any extensions with it?
Can anyone finally fix this? Any estimates for this are welcome! I would like to fix this ASAP.

The storage folder location has nothing to do with your cart issue, which is a caching issue, probably be cause by LiteSpeed caching your cart page. Try disabling LiteSpeed and then clear your browser cache and test again.
As for your storage folder location. You config.php shows the following which will be fine as it's outside the public_html folder.
Code: Select all
define('DIR_STORAGE', '/home/dodopost/ocartdata/storage/');
