I have existing order which Im trying to edit and change quantity and email, but when I go to save it - I get: Warning: No Payment options are available!
Of course order is already paid for with credit card and only option for payment is credit card. Its already selected. Even if I press, Apply. I still get same error. Why is that? Is this a bug?

This might be a bug, indeed. OC is well know for its session issues.

The issue happens when the correct IP address is not getting added to the API session database.
Try this fix if it works:
