On Friday, we had no issues. Today, when we try to upload a downloadable file, we get the message in the attached screenshot. We've uploaded many, many files over the years with no issue. It's not a size issue, I couldn't upload a zip as small as 11kb or even a text file as small as 3kb.

I've searched and read and can find nothing that helps

No OC or server error files found.

OC 3.0.3.8 on Apache 2.4.53 using PHP 5.6.40

Help, please
Editing to add the referenced screenshot

PHP version is way too old. Server error logs.

I mispoke. My host (bluehost) is using php 7.4.28

Please explain server error logs and exactly where they're found?

In your store's folder, look for: error_log file. If you use cPanel, you can also look on your root FTP domain for the logs folder.

Thank you for that explanation. I kind of indicated in the original post, but no relevant error files were found. In the store's folder, the only error_log file entries were from over a month ago. On the root domain, the only entries were pertaining to Roundcube. (this brings up a side question - is it OK to delete these error_log files once reviewed? Will a new one be generated if more errors occur?)

A little more detailed explanation of the error I'm encountering. If I attempt to upload a downloadable file using Catalog>Downloads, I get the error previously indicated. I've also tried uploading the file to the "storage/download" folder by FTP. Although it shows to be in the folder, it never appears in the SQL database. Finally, after uploading via FTP, I went back to Catalog>Downloads to attempt to "Save" it as the info Pop-Up indicate by entering the details as shown in uploadedByFTP. When I hit the save button in the upper right I get the message shown in SaveError.

I hope this is enough information for one of those who really understands OC3 to point me in the right direction.

As it stands, I can find no work-around to allow adding of more products. Any help would be appreciated.
