Change the Div Class According to cart empty or with item

Hi All,

Can anyone point me in the the right direction for how to change the div class of the shopping cart depending on if it is empty or not?

e.g. I want to make it light up red if it has an item in it.

I am running OC 1.5.1.3 with a custom theme, but I am sure the mechanics for switching the div class from #cart to #fullcart or similar will be similar?

You essentially need to insert if none then div #1 else div #2, in ordinary if-then-else syntax where the div echoes.
