Journal Opencart Theme Contact Form

Hello, evryone,

I am using Opencart 1.5.6.2 and installed the Journal theme. The issue is that once I go to the "Contact" form and press "Continue", I get an error message:

Not Found

The requested URL /<b>Notice</b>: Undefined variable: continue in <b>/home/myusername/public_html/catalog/view/theme/journal2/template/information/contact.tpl</b> on line <b>61</b> was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Would you guys have any idea of what I need to do in order to get it working, please?

Go to /catalog/view/theme/journal2/template/information/contact.tpl
Then check line 61 and see if you can find whatever is deviating the code. If you need help you can post your code here. Remember to always back-up your entire website before you upgrade so that you may revert back to your original store if need be.
