ok so i have a site that is up and running. however i want to have a flash banner between the welcome message and the search bar. Can anyone help me as i'm new to this system and don't know much about it apart from how to edit the tpl files (after backup of course!)

Find:
For my example: i want to add Cu3er in my site. So i add these lines above:
--> put your flash file URL here
I also add to style
in /catalog/view/theme/YOURTEMPLATE/stylesheet/stylesheet.css
